Sounds neat. What would the difference between a "senior" and "junior" level judge be other than title? I don't think it's necessary.

Looking pretty good, although after looking through it a couple times it seems basically the same as what we have now, with a couple changes and additions.

The lounge needs to be moderated more heavily. I have seen some things in there that are absolutely unallowed.
