Q: How do avoid my levels starting out great but having a sloppy ending? It happens even if I try. Q: Is it okay to steal other people's ideas for decoration/layout? If not, how do you come up with good deco/layout combinations? A: That usually happens because you get bored of creating. Stop, take a break, and get back to it once you feel creative
A: Stealing other's designs without giving proper credit is in my eyes, bad. To come up with an original design, come up with good colors and see what looks good with those color combinations

How do I change the color of backgrounds? I can only make it one color, and I want it to change throughout the level.

How do I change the color of backgrounds? I can only make it one color, and I want it to change throughout the level. Look on the very last tab in the editor. You can place background changers and some other things too. Q: When will Viprin actually mean it when he says last 1.9 level? When 2.0 is released (╯ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )╯

Q: Do you think it is better to nitpick over the details while you construct each individual part of the level, or just start placing blocks and making basic designs, to then modify and perfect later on? I think the former helps me make a better level but the latter is much quicker. A: First I place lines, a skeleton, as the basic gameplay of the part. Then I usually do is I decorate a piece of the part exactly how I want it to see how it looks. Then I modify that little piece until it can't possibly get any better. Then I decorate the rest of the part the same way I did with the little piece. Repeat until all parts are done.
