similar to custom title requests, people could request adding their own custom smilies, e. g. [supersebi3] -> (͡͡°͜͜ʖ͡͡°).
However, there would be limitations:
1. The smiley has to be short and simple, no giant ascii art.
2. The censored word must be username of requester in [].
3. The requester has to have like 2,000+ posts or be active since 6 month or something along these lines to make sure other people recognize him.
4. The mods DONT HAVE TO add all requested smilies!

but i think instead of some requirement it should just be the staff's judgement. However idk how well known i am and i dont have a good smiley. maybe each person should be allowed 2, like [name] and (name), and the name could be a shortened name, like mine is a little too complicated (dont ask me for its origin, i posted it in a thread a while back, go dig it up if you want), like [creepe] would be better than [creeptheman1234] or [1creepetheman1lx]

I really don't see why we need this. I more or less think of it like a "bonus for becoming staff". That sounds weird and incredibly wrong, but seriously, if we were to offer this to every member on the forums, even with said limitations in the OP there are still just about 1000 that would probably "qualify." Soon, the censor section would be 95% smilies from spammy users, 4% changing sayfire to safyire and 1% actual censors. That may be a bit exaggerated, but you get my point. So, this is a no from me.
