0-17%The main problem would be the ship which has unexpected moving objects and invisible portals. Please at least use ease movement to make it better. Also, the 2.5 slow speed jump at the beginning is just MEAN because this isn't a really difficult level like ICDX and its really hard to pass. I bet you made that just to kill people's attempt counts.
Block designs aren't too bad, but aren't that varied. Using different types in each gameplay part would help (for each area with the portals). As for the decoration, the first background isn't that original and has no blending. The ship part after that isn't so bad though.

17-42%Well, everything is popping up out of nowhere without any warning. That is a severe problem. Having them start there and not move would help. Also, please remove the blind transition. A few small parts are reasonable though.
Designs are good, but could use more variety. As for the backgrounds, they are better here. But the parts without the backgrounds have almost no decoration.
The sync is still very good.

42-76%The gameplay is a lot better than in the last part. There are still several instances of somewhat unfair moving objects though. Please remove those.
The designs are good, but still lack variety. The first background is basically the one from the beginning of the level. The second one is empty. The third one is better though. Also, try to make the overlapping of the background and the blocks look better.
Sync does not have any problems.
