The new forum theme really hurts my eyes, I honestly hate it... I get that it was supposed to look like Geometry Dash itself, but I don't think that style works very well with a forum theme... For now I'm using the Abstract theme, because it's the best out of the currently selectable themes IMO (even though it has some flaws)
Edit: What the heck, why was this rejected??? Many people supported it, and it was just randomly moved into the rejected board without any mod/admin/owner saying anything about this. The new theme is pretty bad overall and I and a lot of people have been stuck here using the other themes, none of which are nearly as good as the old default theme, and this suggestion gets rejected for seemingly no reason. (Or at least no reason was provided.)
I would really like a reconsideration of this or at the very least a reason for why this was rejected.Edit: Okay, this was moved back to Forum Recommendations, thanks WillFlame. Honestly I thought the new theme was the forum being buggy at first :/ it's not bad, it just kind messed with some big text posts like the extreme and insane demons list, or my list. Just kinda makes them look bad

WHAT? You guys don't like this new theme? In my opinion, it's WAY better then the old default one. At least this one looks somewhat like the game, which is what this forum is for.

Switch to the Here Be Dragons theme, easy /s Sellout sellout, cha-ching. There Here Be Dragons theme is actually better looking on mobile than the standard theme in my opinion. The black and white appearance looks pretty appealing. I would prefer this one. |

I completely agree with the OP, I switched to Abstract theme as well just so I could read/type text better.
White on brown is incredibly difficult to read, the brown clashes with the blue background and mini-profile bg colours, and the text sizes for Likes are weird, as well as the white/green effect on Quote and Edit.
Those are the basic things.

There's plenty of themes for you to use if you don't like the default. But all of them use white text on a background. I'd much rather read black text. Plus, Galaxy Dash and ALPHA are pretty similar to default and Here Be Dragons and Dark are too grayscale (for me) and are similar as well. :/ |

I agree. The old green theme looked enough like the game. It doesn't need to look EXACTLY like it.
Imo, for a forum, the best theme is the most simple theme. Just a few colors that relate to the topic. This theme tried way too hard to be "geometry dash" and it just became too many colors with bad combinations.
Of course, for the people that DO like the new theme, it could still be an option. I was thinking the original theme could be added back as "Geometry Dash (Original)" or something
I'm also using Abstract, which is nice, but as you said, there are flaws with it.

The theme is okay, but I'm not a fan of the brown colors. It's still better because it's now a bit brighter, but IMO the green color worked better with the theme.
