This level probably will get into Needs Improvement or Decent but I still want to receive some tips as this is the first time I've tried to make a decent level.

After ~10 mins of seeing it from a copy, here's what I see is wrong:
-Awkward Music
-Music doesn't match level
-*Sections are far too long.
-*You're focusing far too much on the detail instead of actual gameplay.
-Too much background detail, not enough object detail.
-Very inconsistent in difficulty.
This level is honestly trying too hard. It seems like you didn't use much creativity, or any at all.
4.5/10, too much detail too little gameplay.
Good luck on your next level!
