For a Nine Circles level this is actually pretty enjoyable! However, the beginning has almost no decorations, so you should probably fix that. The wave part is fine, but the NC effect is a bit wonky. It looks like the slopes blocks are just flashing all at the same time instead of one before the other, if you know what I mean. Overall not a bad effort.
