Pretty much the equivalent of pokemon showdown's voiced. Basically, mods can give people ranks when they are consistently intelligent and fair. Once they are ranked they have special privileges like posting in rank only threads or ranked only discussions. There can be different ranks if necessary so a poster that is ranked five can do more or is listened to more than a ranked 1. They could get privileges such as being able to request things to mods like sticking threads or reporting threads.

This is interesting, but it's impossible to give small privileges if R4ZOR isn't back, since he's the only one who can do that. I'm pretty sure the only thing that can be given without him is the global moderator rank. :/

This is interesting, but it's impossible to give small privileges if R4ZOR isn't back, since he's the only one who can do that. I'm pretty sure the only thing that can be given without him is the global moderator rank. :/ Ain't stardust, Zobros etc. all on the same level as R4Z0R since Darnoc is the one at the VERY top |

During forum maintenance, Darnoc gave R4Z0R owner privileges. Which is still much higher than adminstrators. And only the owner can do stuff like "make groups" and "ranks"

no please that's literally the worst place ever don't compare us to them ;3; at least they dont spam lennys 24/7 also, this community can be alot worse than the few trolls on low ladder I was on Pokemon Showdown a lot for about 8 months, but I eventually left because every chat room is literally a bunch of 10 year olds arguing over which Pokemon/moveset is better than the others, and it's been this way ESPECIALLY after OR/AS came out. My irl friend accidentally started a flame war in the Lobby just by asking which Eeveelution was the best. And if you're not as good at battling as everyone else (which I wasn't) you're pretty much called a noob 24/7. You COULD turn the chat off, but then it's just boring ;-; There's just way too much competitiveness over something that should really just be for fun. And about the ranks, only admins can access those (I was an admin during maintenance mode, so I could edit the ranks to fit in Deadlocked and Geometrical Dominator) |
