Only works with ball in pretty sure (if u want to do it simply I mean) all u do is when u enter a dual ball part add a gravity portal to one, so it reverts gravity (I think it only works before it touches the ground) and after that make sure they don't come in contact with each other (the balls) or one of them will auto switch gravity to be opposite of other.

Not sure if it's possible for extended periods of time, but it is doable in ball.
No idea about the other vehicles.

Normally same gravity dual is not possible, as hitting a portal pad or orb with one of the forms also effects the other.
However, this does work in dual ball if you can make one ball switch while the other is in midair or something, just make sure they don't come in contact. Additionally, if the two vehicles are different in dual mode (eg, ship and robot) you can also do same gravity.
