My son has been playing geometry dash for quite some time and has completed numerous boards. I recently reset my phone and gave it to him. We downloaded geometry dash and logged into his account, but ALL his progress is go e. His messages are still there but even the boards he created are gone. Is there any way to fix this? He is only 8 and distraught.

He is only 8 and distraught. Thanks Sorry to hear that - in order for your data to survive after a phone reset, you have to have it saved (in-game settings from the main menu; click Account > Save). It has been and probably still is very inconsistent in working but that's really the only solid option. Messages are still there because they are saved on separate servers. Do you know if the data was ever saved? If so, go to the same account settings mentioned and click Load. |
