I tried posting this to the Game Support page, but there was no reply, so reposting here in hopes it gets to the right eyeballs...
I recently upgraded to a new computer and reinstalled GD through Steam for my son. We have his email and user name, but he doesn't remember his password, so we clicked the "Forgot Password button. Nothing is arriving in his email, and it has been a couple days.
We also tried out the "Forgot Username" to see if that would work, and it DOES come through - he gets the email immediately, so it should not be a problem with the emails going to spam or something.
It's only the Forgot Password that is not sending an email properly.
Any ideas on how to proceed so he can reset his password?

P.S. I also tried sending an email to the Support email that it gives you on the login page, but we didn't get a reply.
