Sync Problems

I originally got the full version of Geometry Dash on my IPad years ago. When I got it on my phone about a year ago I got Geometry Dash Lite, I tried uploading the data from my IPad, and saving it to my phone many times and it didn't work, I tried restarting the game, changing my password, logging out and back in(on both devices), I even tried my friends wifi, nothing worked. But a year later when I tried, it worked, I'm now having the exact same problem again but with transferring the data from my phone to my laptop, when I try uploading the data from the phone it says "Sync failed. Error code: -5"(as I'm writing this I tried it again and now its "Error code: -11" which, unlike error code -5, I couldn't find any info on). Even though I couldn't upload, I tried just downloading my data anyways since my data from years ago should still be on my account, it says "Sync failed. Please try again later." I've, again tried; changing my password, restarting the game on both devices, and logging out and back into my account on both devices.
