Game lag spikes on a 1 second interval + audio issues.

I've recently been experiencing issues with my game. Every time I launch the game, I have no audio and my game has a lag spike every second. I didn't do anything, I just woke up today and it wasn't working. Also, when I go into a level, the audio visualizer is empty, so my game isn't just muted. The only fix to the lag that I have found it to: exit fullscreen, keep turning the texture quality down until it stops lag spiking, and then go back to fullscreen, and turn it back to high texture quality. This fixes the lag, however, there is still no audio, however, the audio visualizer shows audio is being played.

Here's what I've tried:

• Uninstalling Geode
• Uninstalling Mega Hack
• Reinstalling the game
• Updating NVIDIA game-ready drivers
• Restarting my computer
