Me jealous :-; Decoding to Base64 using the CP1 something settting I got this: :R/°ژj …\Iکئ Now I realized some characters are in the Arabic alphabet. If I try reading those letters alone, I got... "Shak"? (If I'm right) But once I decode into many of the ISO settings, the Arabic characters were gone, and each one was a lil bit different. So this must be a clue |

Entering anything I said above into the decoder gives nothing either.
I still couldn't do anything with the picture...
