This is almost certainly the result of the servers not being able to handle the large amount of players and increased activity in-game. Unless there's some behind-the-scenes programming fix, Rob's been addressing it via server upgrades but all the space keeps getting taken up, so there's nothing any of us can do to fix it immediately.
