So, I got a new computer and I want to login to my gd acc. I forgot my password but I remember my email and user so I do the forgot pass option. I fill out the email and user and the pass reset email won't appear in my inbox. It says the email is sent but it's not there no matter how much I try. Can someone tell me how to fix this if it's even possible?

Can someone tell me how to fix this if it's even possible? I know this is basic (and you may have already done it) but just in case, have you checked spam/trash? Emails from GD usually end up in there. Regardless, the servers have been experiencing some issues with saving, loading, and other account related actions recently, so I also wouldn't be surprised if they're just too busy to send you anything right now (in which case I'd just say try again in a few days).

Yeah Thanks for trying to help but I already checked my spam. But I did try to do the forgot my email option and it sent fine in my normal inbox so I don't really know about the too busy part. Thanks again though for trying to help me!
