I'm starting to get seriously annoyed with the "some assets failed to download" or "song is not allowed for use" errors when looking for levels. Like, seriously if you can't use a song why the hell is it in the game's database and even able to have the download button clicked on? What's the point of having these songs if you can't even download or listen to them while playing the level they would have been in? This has forced many levels which would have had a much more fun experience dampened by being forced to use songs that don't fit the flow. A prime example of this is "press start full version" as shown in a video by nexusgd on youtube. Upon looking up this level, I look to see the level has the "blast processing" main level soundtrack as opposed to the soundtrack "press start" by mdk. What is going on with your song licensing? Please fix this for the love of the players that want an enjoyable experience.

I imagine that NG song use was less strict before GD came into the picture, since other people uploading songs that aren't theirs into a paid game probably has a slew of copyright issues. Unfortunately there isn't really a better option that doesn't have to deal with a ton of copyright (not even SoundCloud, which I've heard was considered for a while), so the best way for Rob to deal with it is to make the songs unavailable in-game.
