There's a way to slow down the game...
Step 1) Create a platformer level
Step 2) Put a timewarp trigger before the start and set it to 0.1
Step 3) Play the level and pause (don't beat it)
Step 4) Replay (so the screen shows an attempt 2)
Step 5) Pause and leave
Now the game plays slowly. You can then go to another level and the bug will still last, which makes beating levels easier.
