I recently changed my account to my other device and I can log in to my account. However, the account seems like absolutely initialization. I post here because I did contect to support team in email and it seems like they didn't check or very late. I look forward to hearing from you guys soon and resolving my account issue. Thanks

do you mean that it doesn't have any data on it? (stars, demons, etc)
