I tried to log my gd account into my phone, but I forgot the password for it. I tried to reset my password by using the "forgot password?" button in the log in screen. When I entered the boomlings site and put the necessary information, it said that an email was sent to my inbox. The problem is that I never received an email. I tried various times but O never received it. What could I do?

While I do know sometimes it will take a while to actually send a recovery email to your inbox (assuming it's a legit email), the message may show up as spam so make sure it's not flagged as spam/in your email's "trash". If you've already done that and nothing else seems to be working, I'd recommend contacting a GD moderator for help since many of them are pretty responsive on Twitter and Discord. |
