[ti]SERIOUS[/ti]Big lag when alt tabing / starting the game for no reason

I did a factory reset of my windows 10 today and wanted to play some gd, after opening it i noticed that my pc lags for like 2 seconds when i open / alt tab the game during this lag the screen becomes black and the gpu sound output goes silent so perhaps it has to do something with the gpu, this doesnt happen in any other game, nor did this happen before in any game even in gd, i tried to search for this problem on the internet but noone seems to have the same issue, reinstalling the game and updating gpu drivers didnt help so im out of options
