He is my ranking of all gamemodes from best to worst.
I will be counting both sizes and both gravities of the gamemode. But not duals)
1. CUBE: Simple mechanics but very versatile gamemode. It can be really fun in all sizes and gravities.
However, one drawback is that it may often require memorization.
2. ROBOT: Slightly less simple but interesting mechanic. Interaction with jump pads is weird.
3. UFO: Interesting mechanic, but timings can be weird (usuallu 8n regular size only, not mini).
Also, UFO icons are cool
4. WAVE: Very simple but interesting mechanic, that can be used to build very hard gameplay. But mini wave can often be annoying. Also, The upside down and normal wave icons look the same.
Moreover, why the fk is wave the only gamemode that crashes on slope and flat blocks?
5. SPIDER: Better and more interesting version of the ball gamemode. But due to less time in air, it has limited interaction with orbs. Current set of spider icons arent good imo.
6. Ship: Ship gamemode can be made really interesting, and some creators are really gooad at doing it. But a major problem with negular ship is its intertia; That also causes it to Behave differently immediately after switching gravity or while taking off from flat surfaces.
Despite being an airborne gamemode like wave, the ship can interact with orbs which is another major drawback. The interaction of ship with orbs is super whacky and absurd.
Still, There are many lvels with fun and memorable ship gameplay.
7. Ball: General functionality of a ball gamemode is to change gravity on clicking. But it doesnt happen in a normal way.
Unlike spider, it takes a diagonal route, not vertical.
Whats even worse is that it takes a CURVED route instead of a straight diagonal route, which makes ball timings very absurd and whacky.
Also I have hardly played levels where ball is the most memorable part. Even if it is, its not for good reasons.
In 2.2, As yall know, there is gonna be a new gamemode called Swing coptor. What are your thoughts on that?
After playing GD blizzard, I felt that it is not so gr8. But I cant be too sure. After playing multiple levels it may become interesting... Ig?
