Hello, my problem is that i can save or load my progress from my account, when i open my account in the menu (ingame) nothing loads, it says "something went wrong" anybody knows what could it be?

Usually the most common reason this happens is if you've changed your username and/or password recently. In order to have your account fully functioning again you'll have to go to the settings in-game and Refresh Login (this just updates your account info, it shouldn't cause any data loss).

This is common, refresh login if you changed the password/username and everything will be good!

If you don't know how then follow these steps: Option > Account > More > Refresh login
