When I type the ID of a Newground song in the search bar, in the custom song tab of the level creator, it just says "LOADING" and under it, it says "FAILED TO FETCH SONG INFO". It also never loads the song. Is this because I'm using an android or just some other problem??

Although the game does seem to have trouble with fetching songs from NG sometimes, do make sure the song you want to use still exists on NG and is available for use in-game (not sure exactly how to find it but I'm pretty sure you can see if a song is allowed for GD use by looking at it on NG or on the uploader's profile). If not, you'll need to find another suitable song to use for your level. Another possible but more niche explanation is if the ID of the song you want is more than 6 digits long; IDs that long can't display in GD normally to begin with, and Android devices don't have a way to get past it, so that may explain if you're getting a completely different song or an error message. |
