My son has been playing GD for a long time. We got locked out of his tablet and had to do a factory reset and restore GD. When he logged back in he had lost months of status and he is just crushed. Can anyone here help restore his coin level? He was up to 60 secret coins but it only restored 51 of them. Help! Thanks much.

Make sure he has gone to his account settings using the gear icon on the game's main menu, and clicked 'Load' to load his most recent save data from his account; another possibility (though less likely) is that if he plays both the paid version of GD and at least one of the free expansion games (Geometry Dash Meltdown, Geometry Dash World, Geometry Dash Subzero), the secret coins from those games don't go over to the full game yet if I remember correctly, although they will in the next update. Other than those possibilities, I unfortunately don't know of any other ways to get coins back other than recompleting levels  At least it'll be easier to get them the second time, though, with a bit of consistent play. |
