Hi all! Apologies if this isn't the best place to post about this, I'm new to this site...
I've been having some issues with my account, and I hope to find someone who knows what the problem is and/or how I can deal with it
So there's a few things I can't access, and I'll give a list here:
- I can't view my profile, or a profile of any other user (the message I get is "Something went wrong...")
- I can't get daily chests, or load new daily quests (They just stay on their loading sprite)
- I can't save or load my account data (I get error codes -11 and -5 respectively, whatever those mean...)
- I can't upload levels to the servers (It gives me the red ! with "Upload failed" underneath)
- I can't load the leaderboards (It just shows up empty)
However, I can do some things that require online access perfectly fine, such as:
- I can use the featured, map packs, gauntlets and saved tabs to play the levels there
- I can play daily levels and weekly demons
- I can search for levels and download them, I can also search for users but cannot view the profiles
To clarify, this is all on my computer. On my phone, I have access to GD World, where my profile does load and work properly.
