Just asking this after realizing that the song for Arcturus was changed and then I saw that every level that used to use Mephisto's Lullaby now uses Purgatori, was this randomly chosen? If not who gets to decide?

If not who gets to decide? It's probably a mutual thing between the level's creators, I'd hope; maybe they can search NG for usable songs with the same BPM and just pick one that matches the level the best, then call it a day. |
