Hi, when i try to save my account, it types this message: "Backup Failed. Error code -5". What do i do?

Have you changed your account's username and/or password recently? If so you might consider trying the Refresh Login feature in account settings, where you should be able to just enter your most current username and password and refresh your data (although make sure to load first if anything does change) and be able to save again.
