I GOT HACKED AND I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

My account by the name of “Bardakas“ got hacked. I was casually playing GD and suddenly couldn't save my data, because an error code: -5 popped out. I tried refresh login and failed. Then I pressed forgot user name and saw that my nickname was changed to “skilmaster2“. I tried to change it back to “Bardakas“ but it said that the name already exists. Then I changed it to a different name “AdasEnergy“ and also changed my password THEN tried to refresh my account and it said: Already linked to different account. I still at that time haven't logged out of my account “Bardakas“ so I tried to press load and failed - a message popped out saying: Sync failed. Error code: -11. Now I have no clue what that means and no clue what to do. So finally I copied and passed my GD data files, logged out of my account, logged in to “AdasEnergy“, pressed load and failed. The same error popped out: -11. Then I searched my account name “Bardakas“ in GD and saw that my icons were changed, but everything else was fine. Now I'm confused... How does my account “Bardakas“ and “AdasEnergy“ exist at the same time with the same email?? I logged out of “AdasEnergy“ then put back my copied files in GD folder, which brought back my old data from the account “Bardakas“ so now I'm logged in to my original account and pressed forgot password, I typed in my account name, my email, and some how it says: Username or email was incorrect ! 

I literally don't know what to do now.. I wrote a letter to support, but they haven't sent a respond yet. This happened two days ago. If someone knows what else I could do, please contact me, share your thoughts. I hope you understood my story, because my English isn't that good Thank you.
