So I haven't made a level in like four years but I was bored so I decided to continue something I started a while ago.

I was making an effect on my PC, but it looks much worse on my phone. I'm using hack-scaled 5.0x glow and it clearly looks more pixelated on my phone than on the PC. The colors do not mix well and it looks quite pixelated. Is this just the effect of my phone or is there some setting I can change that will make it look as clean as it does on the PC?
