I’ve never made a thread in my life so I hope I’m doing it right, so as u can see gds not opening on steam windows 10 system, I’ve read countless Reddit threads and did all the things everyone says, such as: verify games authenticity, delete it in file explorer and redownload in a different driver, use a geometry dash fixing tool, delete everything in %appdata% local then geometry dash which oddly enough I don’t even have a folder called geometry dash anywhere in appdata, I downloaded countess dll. Files that I thought might be the issue and geometry dash is the only game that doesn’t work in my entire steam library so if anyone knows what I should do I would massively appreciate you

Sadly yes I’ve tried that could you maybe see if there is any logs on windows which could indicate the issue? first try to open the game, then if you go to the search menu and find event viewer, then go to windows logs and application, see if there are any warnings or errors pertaining to geometry dash. click the most recent ones you can find and see if for any the faulting application path in the error description mention geometry dash. |

So sorry I took so long to respond I totally forgot about this issue. I have done what u asked of me and it’s not showing any errors for the most recent application thanks for the recommendation though
