So I got a new phone and decided to downlod geometry dash back on it again, I log on to my old account and it has been completely wiped it has nothing on it. I am sure it is the right account cause I’ve only had one. on the old phone my geometry dash wont even start anymore it just crashes and closes the application straight away. Is there no chance to get my progress back or not?

if you sign into your account on your new phone and then load your save file (hopefully you saved your account on your old phone not too long ago) then you should get almost everything back

Like Bagley said, logging into your account on a new device requires you to load your save data first; it's a new device so even though it recognizes the account exists, your stats are separate and need to be manually loaded whenever you switch devices. This can be done by going to the gear button on the bottom of the main menu, clicking Account, and clicking Load.  |
