Don't know how I didn't see this until now but no, there shouldn't. If these existed, so many accounts would be pinged at once it would probably crash something, because there probably isn't a massive server behind this one forum and there are, at the time I write this, 17324 members on the forum. Despite most of them not being active, that's a lot of pings the forum would have to send, and I don't think it has the capability for that. Even so, the forums are a collection of webpages and would take a lot of time to load tags like that (because the site has to redirect every user who comes online to one page at once), unlike a Discord server, which generally has all the channels and whatnot preloaded in one area so a person can move between channels really quickly (at least on the app). Plus, what use would tags like those really have? Groups can already be tagged and the announcement boards exist to get important information to as many people as possible (and even though there hasn't been a new one in quite a while, they used to get a ton of traffic). If staff messed up and regular members could use either command, all hell would break loose, and that's just too much to risk.

I still don't see why a function for @everyone or @here is needed.
