I made a gd account years ago, have a bunch of progress on it, and I was logged in on my phone. But I can’t save my data, it just keeps coming up with an error message, and when I go on my account page it just says something went wrong and refuses to load. I made the mistake of logging out to see if logging back in would fix it, but now I physically cannot log back in. Whenever I try to log back in it says ‘login failed’, even though my password is correct, and when I try to register a new account it also comes up with an error. I can still get on if I click on the ‘help’ button and login through the browser, but on the mobile game the account system does not work AT ALL. I can login to the same account on my iPad and the steam version on PC, so my account is clearly still working, but obviously I can’t load over my save data now because I can’t save the data from my phone or even get into my damn account or even make a new one.

geovenox moved thread to the GD Community board (where GD issues go). Strange issue here since your phone is the only device you have that can't use the account properly. Are you sure you've never changed the username or password for that account before? If you have but your phone had the old data, that would maybe explain why it can't save if you haven't refreshed the login.

No, I didn’t change my username but I did change my password at one point because I forgot it. What I don’t understand is why I can’t even login on my brand new account that I literally just made, it’s like the entire account system is broken on my phone. |

Yea I have the same issue although for me it doesn’t work geometry dash lite

Same here, but tried creating a new account and I can login in mobile with it. But I have an old account (my main sadly) in which I can only login on PC and web, but not on android. Been trying to reach support for a year but no answer. Any help?
(edit) After reviewing the network traffic it seems like the server is returning a "200 OK" response, with body: "-1" to the login request, instead of the usual response. Strange since it only happens on Android and with one specific account.
