Should we 1remove its wings again so it cannot fly 2 let it fly but instead of exploding it crushes you 3 just make it attack a random player and be Buffed so it ALSO makes the unlucky player to also be small

Im going to assume you are talking about Mario Kart. No the blue shell should not be nerfed, as its coding makes it go after the player in first place. However, there are 2 ways the first place player could avoid getting hit, 1. The 1st place player is extremely lucky and dodges, or 2. players behind the 1st place player intercept the direction and get hit instead. If you were not at all talking about Mario Kart, then my apologies for taking this way off topic.

I think the blue shell is really not a very good powerup anyway. let's say you're in 7th place and you throw a blue shell at the person in 1st place. they spin out and the 2nd place person passes them, maybe the 3rd place person too. but that really doesn't help you much, it just shuffles the order of the top three (so it's now 2nd, 3rd, 1st instead of 1st, 2nd, 3rd) but you're still stuck in 7th.

I think the blue shell is really not a very good powerup anyway. let's say you're in 7th place and you throw a blue shell at the person in 1st place. they spin out and the 2nd place person passes them, maybe the 3rd place person too. but that really doesn't help you much, it just shuffles the order of the top three (so it's now 2nd, 3rd, 1st instead of 1st, 2nd, 3rd) but you're still stuck in 7th. Well then yeah that’s true, but I think you could use it in this way if you are really good. Say you’re 7th place. So you go directly behind the person in 6th, and then use it, that would technically make the person in 6th place intercept the blue shell on its way to first and get you to 6th place, but you would need to be really skilled and lucky. |

I mean the green shell i think goes in 1 direction and has a chance at hitting you as well

I feel like the blue shell should be buffed if anything.
Mario kart should be unbalanced because that's more fun and memorable than a perfectly balanced game imo.

This is why most peoples favourite track is rainbow road. There are parts you can skip and there are no fences. |
