I generally prefer math, but that's just for right now (I take precalculus and I'm sure it can get worse lol). Science just doesn't click well with me, it feels more difficult to study and memorize, even to understand although math is definitely like that sometimes.

Math is more interesting to me because unlike science, it's not bound by the rules of reality. You can basically just make shit up and it could still work as long as it's consistent with the other rules, and you don't even have to follow all of the established rules. There are tons of alternative frameworks for mathematics that lead to wildly different results (for example, if you throw out the axiom of choice, there may be a vector space that does not have a basis).
