I wanna know how I can do it. I feel like I wanna be a good mod. But I need to know how to do it. I've been on the forums a long time so I guess it probably comes easier for me, but I try to keep a good grasp on what the rules are and when I should take action on something. Keeping that in mind, for the last few years I've been building up a mindset of helping as many people as I can; if I was a person looking for help with a game issue or something on the forum, I would hate it if I knew that people who knew how to help were just passing by and doing nothing, particularly if giving help wasn't costing them anything, so I don't want to be that type of person who just looks the other way. If I didn't know how to approach something or knew something needed to be done that I couldn't do as a regular user, I tagged Will (since he was the only consistently active staff member at the time) and left it at that since he is much more capable than I am in how the forum works behind the scenes. Even so, I never expected to become a moderator here and was humbled to have the chance to do it, so my advice is just to help as many people as possible, be mature and responsible in how you communicate with people, and be patient. The chance will be there
