I tried to open geometry dash on steam but it refuses to open how do I fix because im very worried I have 25 demons completed and I don't want all my data to go away

Geometry Dash has a bug where sometimes the save file becomes corrupted and the game doesn't open as a result. Luckily, the community has made a program that can address this issue and fix the save file as if nothing ever happened.

when you say it "refuses to open" what does that mean? like you click on the game to open it and nothing happens? or it gives some kind of error message?

when I try to play it just says running for like 4 seconds then it just doesn't open
