1000 demons, without a doubt. in fact there's actually 1077 easy demons currently in the game right now

1000 demons would be harder in the sense that it would (most probably) take more time, otherwise a top 50 demon could be a much more mentally-taxing, rage-inducing, stressing experience.

A top 50 extreme is definitely harder than beating 1000 demons. Beating a top 50 extreme takes an absolutely ridiculous amount of skill, whereas grinding demons is mainly just time consuming and not particularly difficult. I'm speaking from personal experience here; I've beaten 504 demons (3 of which are extreme demons) as of writing this post, and if I tried to do a top 50, I think I would actually go insane.

It's been said, but I'll add my contribution: A top 50  is obviously MUCH harder, as what has been said, it requires LOTS of skill, memory, all of that. 1000 demons can include the most easiest of demons, so a good chunk of it is cake work. |
