Hey, I haven`t played the game for quite a while and now I tried to load my data back from the old account. But it just shows the sync error and, what is the most horrible thing, when I search my username it just shows the stats a have now (a bit of stars from the levels i have completed again for fun). I haven`t made the backup of the new data and can`t load the old one. Is it possible to return the progress?

Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a way to recover save data. A lot of my GD friends have mentioned losing save data, and they all seem to just live with it and re-grind the progress back. Hasn’t happened to me, so I cannot 100% confirm, but as far as I’m aware, you can’t get it back without putting in the work. Sorry to hear that happened to you.  |
