Gameplay:
0-32: The gameplay was decent in the beginning. My only problem was the black orb leading into the cube portal, it was hard to hit the first few times I got to it. The part while you are on the cloud is nice, but the first jump on the cloud is harder than all the others in that part. 7/10
33-40: The wave gameplay, while being fun was kinda hard to read. The transition in can kind of be hard to manage, and flipping the gravity is not recommended for this kind of gameplay. Some good things is that their are D blocks on the structure when you changs gravity. That makes it slightly easier and the transition less awkward. 6/10
41-49: The ship part is very hard to read in my opinion. The pixels over the saws looks good but can be hard to read as you don't know if they kill you or not. The transition into the normal gravity portal is hard because if you go to high you will crash, so it makes it hard to do that transition. This section is kinda fun to play though. 5/10
49-67: This is my least favorite part. You can skip the black orbs, and 4x speed gameplay is hard to do right. Also keeping it at 3x speed would have had better sync, because the song doesn't get any faster there. 60-67 is extremely awkward to play. IMO this would have been bater at normal gravity, because when you hit your head in the structures, you're almost guaranteed to die. the click pattern at 66 is really hard to learn and get to consistent at. 4/10
68-80: Really hard to read with the fakes and cluteredness. The arrows are hard to see, making the section more difficult. The transition into the cube part is annoying, and the blue orb his annoying to hit because of how close the yellow orb is to it. the cube gameplay is confusing, and unfun to pay, and the spider transition is awkward with the reverse portal. 4/10
80-100: The beginning wave is really hard to read and play. Then the ship part with the teleport portals had me confused the first few times i played that part. then the part where you go under the gear is hard to read because there is no indication on where to go. the part where you teleport to another ship part is super annoying and awkward to play due to blind transitions. The cube at the end is fine 4/10
Final score for gameplay: 5/10
Decoration:
The decoration in this evel was all over the place. Some parts in specific were:
0-32: Decent, although the background in the beginning needs a lower opacity. The block designs look like something between a 1.9 and a 2.0 style, but I kinda like them. The floating part is pretty good, and I like how the cloud moves when you land on it. 7/10
33-40: I saw only 3 different structures, but the were copy and pasted a lot. The block design is decent, but a little repetitive. The ground spikes weren't my favorite, and the were just fire. The background was fine. 6/10
41-49: The pixel art saws were very cool, but very hard to read as I mentioned before. Consider making the background low opacity, and it distracts from the gameplay. Also with the pixels covering the saws, you could still see the saws slightly, so consider making the saws invisible. 6/10
49-67: the beginning of the UFO was weird, but neat, but one it went to 2x speed, it was not very cool, The pillars looked very out of place. I really like the beginning of the UFO though. It was a very clean block design. 5/10
68-80: The air deco was really cluttered, so the arrows telling you what orbs to use were obstructed. the spider part was not really fowling the teck/ magic theme though. the ball part looked a little like astral divinity. 4/10
80-100: the beginning wave in this part was really lacking, and the background was really plain. the ship part, while having bad gameplay, has decent deco so that helps that part out, although the block design was very plain. 6/10
Tips: Use Don't enter and dont fade to make your level cleaner. You should especially use this on you backgrounds. Final score for Decoration: 6/10
TOTAL: 11/20 DECENT
What to improve: Transitions: There were a few awkward transitions and a few blind transitions. Gameplay: The level feels more like a 6-7 star not a 4-5 star, so work on balancing it.

Review approved. I am not having much else to say, but I would like to add a little about decoration. The decoration is full of detail, and I like it, but like what jackattack has said, it is all over the place. Each piece of decoration do not fit with each other. For example, the rainbow part is really awkward compared to other tech deco in your level. Try deciding on one single deco group, and then extrapolate from it. This way you can connect the deco parts together as a whole coherent level. Also, make the level to be at least 1 minute long, so that it falls into the Long category, if you are aiming to get levels rated. Usually levels shorter than 1 minute are not rated because of their short length. I agree on the verdict of this level being Decent. >>> Moving to Decent. PS sorry for the late post
