I'm a little late but since I plan on beating the level I thought I could do a little review.

0-20: Besides the intro which took five years away from my total lifespan this part pretty good. The deco fits the theme and overall its very solid. 7.5/10

20-29: I love this part. Everything flows very smoothly and is very fun to play. This might be my favorite part in the level. 8.6/10

30-37 This isn't your fault but holy Christ do I hate this ship. The ship is very well designed, I just keep dying here for whatever reason. Anyway I like how the ship uses its portals. Its very clever and its a lot more fun then it looks on video. 7/10 (should be 7.6 but I keep dying here so screw it)

37-47: Ok I'm going to be honest here. I don't really like this part. It's too much of a difficulty spike from the other parts. The first and third sections are too precise compared to everything else and feel almost unfair. But there's nothing wrong with this part on its own though. The deco might be my favorite in the entire level and the jumps are very cool to pull off once you do them. Its just too hard compared to the rest of the level and the fact that it is in the middle doesn't help much 5.6/10

47-57: I would like this part if it wasn't for that stupid red orb that doesn't work for me. Please tell me how to do that consistently. I need to know. Besides the red orb, the deco here is great and the gameplay is fun. Although I am biased because blue. I like blue. Blue good. 7.8/10

57-67: The best part in the level. I love doing this whenever I do practice runs. Not much else to say. 9.1/10

67-77: This is the most forgettable part of the level for me. Its not bad, its just too similar to the first part. Maybe Its could have been dark purple or something idk.

77-100: I accidently beat the level at 77 and I'm too lazy to start my run over. This part of the level is free. Once you've made it here the only way you can die is stupidity or nerves or both. That doesn't mean its bad its just weirdly easy for a medium demon. But now that I have said that I am absolutely dying here a lot. 7.8/10


Conclusion: I really like this level and I wish it could get rated eventually. One thing i didn't mention is that you do sometimes fall out of the map but that's a minor annoyance at most. Very impressive that you made an XO remake with actual decoration that still reminds me of XO while still being its own thing. 8.6/10

Hey sorry for not getting back to you faster. I read the post and forgot to reply lol. Also to answer your questions and to clarify.

1. The main problems are not with the gameplay but more specifically the balancing in one area. That being the yellow area. The gameplay itself is fine and every part on its own replicates XO well and plays great as well.

2. The red orb i was talking about is the one inside the blue portal in the blue part. Most of the time I go slightly under it and fall out of the map. It's probably my fault looking back but I'm not sure. Who knows maybe the red orb just doesn't feel like it anymore lol.

3. The times I fell out of the map was just me doing stupid jumps and falling at stupid places. Most players probably won't fall out of the map so that one I mostly take back. The only exception is the red orb which you do need to update to place some spikes under it. But to answer your question the places I fell at was the intro and other gaps at the first part. You can just add some invisible spikes or something.
