So I've been getting like 100 notifications a day, even if no one is commenting on my posts or liking any of them. Is it the spam account?

Probs the spammer. I'm able to delete the posts pretty quickly but unfortunately this doesn't remove any notifications sent to the people tagged, which just makes them appear as nothing.
