Alright I'm gonna try to do a review here. Overall, this level has an interesting concept but in my opinion the execution is not really the best.
Gameplay: this level's gameplay is... alright. It doesn't really stand out to me in a very good or bad way; the sync is pretty decent and the gamemodes are varied enough. However I did find some parts to be a bit boring because you barely had to click (in your video, the cube at 0:26 requires literally 1 click). Readability was overall good, the arrows are a nice touch and are greatly appreciated, especially with some of the spikes moving around in the first section. I didn't get the three colored triangles, but I thought it was a nice concept for a coin. There's another couple parts that felt a tiny bit wonky like the teleportal at 0:12 (the next jump kinda caught me off guard when playing and almost killed me), but overall after beating it in normal mode I can say it's more than playable. However, I'm not sure if this is a 7 star level.
Decoration: this is where most of my problems with the level come. There's 2 main big issues I wanna talk about first here.
- Variation. The design, background, deco, everything is carried throughout the entire level and just makes it feel terribly repetitive. If it were just the first section using these to then give way for new elements I wouldn't mind much, it fits the style of the level and it feels rather dynamic with all the moving parts, but having the same decoration for a whole minute and 15 seconds isn't exactly very engaging, even with the small effects added inbetween (which I really like, by the way). Next time use different designs for different sections, especially for minimalistic designs like these; it makes each section feel more unique. - Colors. Yes, the main gimmick of the level is I think right now one of its weakest points. Not because I think it can't be done right; it's just that the colors are super bright here a lot of the time. There's also some sections like 0:53 where the colors don't combine that well (in this case, besides being too bright there's some brown that doesn't fit that well, same goes for the grey thing). I think tuning down the saturation a bit (or even a notch) would help a lot, but there's still some combinations which aren't super appealing and I think you should avoid, like deep blue and orange (regular blue or cyan with orange is usually much better imo) or red and green (would recommend pink and green or red and cyan more). Generally, for contrasts like these to work you want your colors to be completely opposite in the color wheel, otherwise it just doesn't mesh together that well. There's still good combinations, like the one at the beginning (again, notice how orange and cyan > orange and deep blue), but it overall could be improved quite a bit.
Other than that, the movement is great, custom portals and orbs are nicely designed, although it would be nice if you had a black and/or white outline to better distinguish the orbs in some sections (like 0:57).
Overall: I'd say this is around high Decent, but it could very easily be boosted to around high Good with improvements to the colors and more varied designs, aswell as more exciting gameplay. I really like how you tried using stranger color combinations for this, just didn't work out that well sadly but I think if you had less saturated and clashing colors it would look pretty nice. :)

Looking back, I agree that the colours are not really well used. The same design across the whole level is intentional. However, you made your point that modernistic/minimalistic usually look better with varied styles.
Just a sidenote, the second coin requires you to collect all 3 coloured triangles by touching them. There is a secret path leading to the magenta one, but there is a subtle hint at the background.
Thanks so much for the review.
