how much must i wait to change my in-game name

You're not supposed to change your name that often I guess. I managed to change my name twice. So the only reasons I see is that you didn't wait enough longer for the site to reset your 'only name change'. Or you can't just do it anymore since you're not supposed to. perhaps a fix has been done to avoid players changing too many times their ign (but not sure at all).
