Hi, I’m Athletics21, and I have created a level -Placidity- that I would like to be judged. Difficulty 2* The level uses a calm, modernistic style, with very basic gameplay that anyone can pass. Uses custom backgrounds, multiple effects, and a very clean style.
To find this level, simple go to my account (Athletics21), and click on Placidity.
Thanks in advance Athletics

Hey!
This is only my second review, so let me know if I can improve my feedback!
The cube part at the beginning is fine! Honestly, I don't like the spike decorations or the way that the level just appears from nowhere, but I guess that's just personal taste. The gameplay at the very beginning also feels like a bit of copy-paste, I would personally have a different part when the gravity reverses. Also, if you miss one of the green jump orbs, you get thrown into space. I would put some sort of spike to make sure that the death of the cube happens soon after they miss the jump ring, so they don't have to wait for the cube to leave the game.
The robot part is also fine! Again, I don't like the spike design, but that is just personal taste. I also noticed that there is a spike missing around 40%. The moving objects are slightly annoying, but one gets used to them quickly.
The ship part is annoying and the gameplay is not fun. Trolling the player doesn't hold water unless your level is amazing in every respect. I would at least add more arrows. On top of that, the obstacles have a little space between the two halves that should be fixed. The following transition to the wave is not great either, especially the cube section right after the ship.
The wave part is very nicely done, except for the fact that I can miss the mini-portal and make the center section quite easy.
In general, I would make the level slightly longer as it is quite short. The song, Terminal Velocity by Lemons, is about 3 minutes, so you can add up to 2 minutes onto what you have.

Pretty decent overall
Gameplay:
Just about the kind of gameplay I'd expect from a 2 star level, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would nerf the ship and the wave and the mini UFO because they raise the difficulty of the level to 3-4 stars. Maybe try making some of the gameplay faster to make it a little more rigorous? It's easy to make an easy level feel like a drag, the most enjoyable easy levels are almost always the ones that have a little more energy to their gameplay. For some inspiration look at levels like some of the 2-3 star levels by Izhar and Ocean Of Dreams by Spu7nix. Of course, with the increased speed you'll want to nerf your spaces even more if you're going for 2 stars.
Design:
Meh. Try not to use white outlines so much and try to vary up the block design in the cube/robot parts. Use glow well, maybe add some effects, idk it feels pretty empty to me.
