klauxLevel Name: Cosmic Dreamer Level ID: 50982015 Level Author: klaux Reviewer's note: As this level is auto I'm judging it slightly different compared to other levels I've reviewed. Gameplay: 7/10: This level is auto, so there's no "true" gameplay, however this level was pretty well constructed in this regard. The gameplay is well synced for the most part, the movements are interesting and there's a good deal of variety. My only real complaint here is that the sync at around 14% is pretty questionable, and the sync at 54 could also receive an improvement too. It's not the worst, it just doesn't sync well for me. Some of the sync also feels a little forced with the pads, mainly towards the end. You should utilize more variety in movement to achieve this effect. Overall, pretty good though. Decoration: 3/10: Visually, I can tell that most of these designs took a great deal of effort to create. However, most of the designs, especially in the background, lack a lot of polish. In the sun at the very start, the rays don't quite layer on top of the circle correctly, making them feel disconnected from the rest. The overlapping of the objects on the other planets is also a little too visible, which makes them seem messy and unpolished. The red glow design at 26%, while creative, isn't executed very well imo. When the colors of the rest of the level change, these stay the same, and with some of the colors in the background the red doesn't mesh well with it. Other parts feel a little empty, not having a lot going on. The block designs are quite creative though, and those are probably my favorite part of the level. Overall, nice idea, but it could use more polish and better execution. Overal: 10/20: DECENT: This wasn't a bad level. With some luck, this could possibly get a star rating, though nothing higher than that. I would say to work on refining your art and designs while creating, and you have a strong foot towards becoming a known creator. CreativeGuy move to Decent?

Great job reviewing this. I agree completely. I think that some of the designs are very well-made, but overall the level just looks a bit sloppy.
