So recently I tried switching to controller and for some reason it has less delay than when I play with a mouse. (Controller has around 4ms while my mouse has around 10ms)
I've tried following EVW's old guide on how to play GD with a PS4 controller and I installed Input Mapper. It worked correctly (had some crashing issues which if anyone also knows how to fix, would be nice) but the main problem now is that no matter what I do. I can't play GD with IM.
I tried connecting my controller to Steam to play it and it turned into a mess that I tried to fix but didn't do properly and now I just don't know what to do anymore. I've been infuriated in the past 2 days trying to fix the issue without being able to.
I think the issue comes from the interference between Steam and IM but I am not sure. If anyone would be able to help me that would be nice.
