Just a simple question for those who end up getting the game.
Ever since melee I’ve used Kirby obsessively and he’s definitely my favourite Nintendo character that I really liked using in melee and brawl. I also got decent with Captain Falcon and I started using him more than Kirby a while back but I think my main fighter at the moment is Ike because he’s just really good lol. Any time I’ve played smash with anybody I just use Ike and destroy them.
So I guess I’ll be using Kirby, Captain Falcon, Ike and Piranha Plant once I get ultimate. I’m actually super interested in Piranha Plant, his moves look pretty decent. Simon and King K. Rool are the others I want to have a shot at playing but I don’t think I’ll end up sticking with them for every single round.

My choices from about a month ago: This was my roster of characters I wanted to play before I saw any footage, so add Meta Knight and Joker (AAAAAAAAAAA) to this. Ill probably end up trying to play everyone, cause I’m a filthy casual, but I hope to really get good at these |

I'll probably try all (or most) of them out, though the ones I stick with will probably be Pirahna Plant, Bowser, Ridley, Yoshi, and Captain Falcon. Idk though maybe I'll find someone else to main when I get the game.

Wow Blaze got to this thread idea before me xD
Played around 12 hours of smash ultimate so far,
My favourites to use are Meta knight, Zero suit Samus and Zelda
Kirby, King.K.Rool, Samus, Bowser and Pikachu spamming Thunder are also alot of fun

I never really got into Smash (Other than playing Brawl) but I might just pick Piranha Plant for now. I will get this game pretty soon. Maybe Christmas.
Edit: At first, I mained Kirby, but now I play as Inkling.

i've been playing a bit with friends at school and i tried daisy; i did pretty alright imo? i'm bad so i'm not sure but i mained villager in smash 4 and when isabelle was announced i was hyped so when i get my switch i'm gonna try isabelle. i also played a good amount of wolf in brawl so i might use him a bit.

I used Sonic and Meta Knight quite a bit in Smash 4 but I'll most likely try them all and see which character best fits me

but i do find ridley quite interesting so i might switch it up a bit
