How do i make my resolution lower on fullscreen?

I know you can change your resolution but its in windowed, and the only reason i want to change is because like in videos, when they're creating, call the icons for the blocks are small so there's so many options in one page like this: imgur.com/a/1ZmBsta but mine looks like: imgur.com/a/1h3HpIU I tried all the resolutions and the screen resolution itself on the pc messes it up and makes the resolution broken. if the imgur images dont work, copy and paste em into the search bar
